I don't think so. Thread unlocked. With this card you prove that youare not reading the rule book, being that the accurate MS specifications are there. You can't make up what you think it should be, otherwise you would be X-Lord and I wouldn't. You are officially de-staffed due to your failure to abide by the rulebook. As for your card, your first effect is vague and too versatile for an E-Class bakugan. For now that effect is illegal and you may not use it until you have at least a C-Class bakugan. As for your second effect, it is a Meditant Effect, 5 MS. Revise your first effect, check to see what kind it is, and choose what the correct MS Cost, then it will be approved.
